Can't live without it

When it comes to innovation....

When it comes to innovation, why is it that no processes work, there is no use of best practices and everything that is known just does not work?

That's because all these are good for implementing not for innovating. Then is it sheer genius, hard work or patience? I seriously don't know.

I personally feel that today we have more of spin-doctors and trend-setters rather than innovators. There is more talk and less execution. There are ideas with such short gestation periods that even water bubbles have a longer surviving period. I keep hearing about necessity leading to innovation. But has someone seen it happening.

This takes us back to the question - What according to you is innovation?
